Qualification:

• District Coordinator: Graduate in Rural Management/ Cooperative Management/ Social Work from a recognized university/ Institution + Minimum (03) three years of total post qualification experience
• Training Coordinator: Graduate in Rural Management/ Cooperative Management/ Social Work from a recognized university/ Institution + Minimum (03) three years of total post qualification experience
• Accountant cum Computer Operator: Intermediate in commerce from a recognized Board/ University/ Institute and Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) + Minimum (01) one-year post-qualification experience along with efficiency in English & Hindi Typing is essential
• Block Coordinator: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university + Minimum (01) one year of total post qualification experience in related field experience is essential
• Accountant cum Computer Operator: Intermediate in commerce from a recognized Board/ University/ Institute and Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) + Minimum (06) six months post qualification experience for JRDD Recruitment 2017

Pay Scale:

• District Coordinator: Rs. 35,000/-
• Training Coordinator: Rs. 35,000/-
• Accountant cum Computer Operator: Rs. 15,000/- p.m
• Block Coordinator: Rs. 18,000/-
• Accountant cum Computer Operator: Rs. 10,000/- p.m.
